Originally published in 1933, this CD contains a digital version of the original Sussex Genealogies book, which contains many pedigrees of various Sussex families, ranging from way back in 1347, to 1812.

If you can find a link to one of the families covered, you're in for a treat as there is a wealth of information on every member of each pedigree. This ranges in detail but can include everything from birth, marriage and death details, to when their wills were proved and who was mentioned in them.

Finding one of your ancestors on here could mean that you find a complete branch of your tree, stretching back centuries. At first, this appears to be a hit-and-miss affair. The CD is also fully searchable, which means you can quickly run a search of any of your ancestors from the area to see if they're mentioned under any of the entries.
