The Churchyard Inscriptions of London, published in 1910, contains abstracts of monumental inscriptions from more than 50 of London's churches. Many of the inscriptions were in very poor condition at the time of publication and may no longer be in existance, making this an indispensable reference work.

As with previously reviewed S&N publications, the quality of the CD-ROM is very high and it is extremely easy to use. The records are bookmarked by major headings and you can even search the content for certain names or phrases by typing your search term into the box at the top of the page. The text itself is also indexed by place and by surname, making it very useful both to family historians and to those researching particular parishes and/or names.
